At Tidswell Court their private exclusive use takeover prices include all the essentials you need you need for a 2 night celebration with 15-130 guests: table linen, banqueting furniture, crockery, glassware, candlesticks, vases – all included in the following prices. All you need to do is decide whether to bring your own caterers and alcohol or use the owners catering partners and alcohol suppliers. Simple prices. No hidden costs. No kitchen or storage fees. No extra guest charges. Minimum 19 Bedrooms for 2 night stays. 

Weekend

• January, February & March - Base cost: £4,880. Plus 19 bedrooms at £6,780, or 27 bedrooms at £9,840, or 32 bedrooms at £11,320, or 35 bedrooms at £12,210, or 40 bedrooms at £13,690.
• April, October, November & December - Base cost: £5,510. Plus 19 bedrooms at £8,690, or 27 bedrooms at £11,750, or 32 bedrooms at £13,320, or 35 bedrooms at £14,110, or 40 bedrooms at £15,600. 
• May & June - Base cost: £6,150. Plus 19 bedrooms at £9,960, or 27 bedrooms at £13,020, or 32 bedrooms at £14,500, or 35 bedrooms at £15,390, or 40 bedrooms at £16,880. 
• July, August & September - Base cost: £6,780. Plus 19 bedrooms at £10,490, or 27 bedrooms at £13,550, or 32 bedrooms at £15,030, or 35 bedrooms at £15,920, or 40 bedrooms at £17,400.  

Take a third night? If you take all 40 bedrooms for your main booking we can offer a third night for just £6,000 extra (£9,000 on bank holidays). That’s an extra 24hrs exclusive use for just £65 pp (£98 pp on bank holidays) based on our 40 bedrooms sleeping 92 guests.

That’s an extra 24hrs exclusive use for just £65 pp (£98 pp on bank holidays) based on our 40 bedrooms sleeping 92 guests. A weekday is defined as stays which cover a Monday – Thursday night. Friday night is deemed a weekend as it runs into Saturday.

Tidswell Court has the largest sleeping capacity in luxury rooms and suites of any private exclusive hire country house across the UK.

• 19 bedrooms sleep: Up to 44 + 6 under 2yr olds.
• 27 bedrooms sleep: Up to 66 + 6 under 2yr olds.
• 32 bedrooms sleep: Up to 76 + 6 under 2yr olds.
• 35 bedrooms sleep: Up to 82 + 6 under 2yr olds.
• 40 bedrooms sleep: Up to 92 + 6 under 2yr olds.

• 7 hours of planning help from our Event’s Team.
• Complimentary use of our free banqueting crockery, cutlery, glassware, tables, chairs and one massive set of table linen included.
• No corkage charges.
• Base Cost includes some booking and admin fees.
• Day Hire Includes - Exclusive use of the property and gardens on the ground floor including the 3 ground floor bedrooms. Times: 10am until Midnight.

Booking terms

• 25% initial deposit required to secure any booking
