Family celebration

"We hire The Gatsby for the joint celebration of my daughters 21st and my 50th birthday. it was fabulous. Everyone had a great time. The house looked lovely in the photos but we were blown away by how spacious and grand it really was. There were 27 of us for 3 days and we never short of a quiet spot or falling over each other. The dart board, table tennis and hot tub kept us occupied. There are also nice walks and activities in the area for longer stays. The icing on the cake was the snowy weather we had - it and the open fire set the scene beautifully. No one wanted to leave and we would all return in a heart beat! "

Joint birthday celebration

"The house was large and beautifully decorated so for a hen party it was the perfect place to stay. Being in Torphins meant we had access to the local shop (for anything we forgot!) as well as being able to use the pub next door for an evening meal which was very handy and the meal was lovely. I would thoroughly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay."

Perfect for the anniversary or birthday couple!

The house is hired on a self catered basis but high standard independent catering for breakfast / dinner can be easily arranged. Please contact us with your requirements. Adjacent we have the Learney Bar 2016 a quaint and fully refurbished bar / brassarie open Wednesday through to Sunday. The beautiful Portarch Restaurant and Bar is located 3 miles away.
If a daytime / evening celebration is planned, the owners would be delighted to arrange a hot roast spit at an additional coast and have it all prepared for the desired time
