It is also very well located – with the Witterings, Chichester, Hayling etc all only a short drive away – while Arundel, with its impressive castle and cathedral, provides the nearest town centre (we recommend the Pappardelle Italian restaurant) as well as the fine view across the fields behind the property. There is even a decent pub offering local ales, The White Swan, a picturesque 15-minute walk north."
