Exclusive use

Great Fosters can be hired as your own private house for a wedding, event or celebration from noon on the day of the event until 11am the following morning.
During this time access to the hotel will not be permitted to any other guests. All public areas, private rooms, the Cocktail Bar, The Estate Grill, The Tudor Room and heated outdoor poll will be available to you. In addition, every bedroom will be allocated to you and your guests.
Exclusive use of Great Fosters is priced at £35,000 per day, inclusive of VAT at the current rate.
Food & drink will be charged as taken and minimum spends for food & beverage apply. Sunday to Thursday the minimum spend is £5,400, £9,900 for Friday with Saturday being £12,000.

There is on occasion the option to take Great Fosters on a part exclusive use basis to suit your number of guests. The Hotel and its facilities will be shared with external guests however, private dining, meeting rooms or function space can be provided.
